London, 13 August 2002: Rosehip oil, the UK's most sought after skincare remedy, forms the key ingredient in Aimara Organic Oils' new product range launched today by Eco Alliance Ltd. |

|
The oil is cold-pressed from the seed of a wild rose from southern Chile and has a dramatic effect on wrinkles, dry skin, scars, minor burns and stretch marks..
Aimara's new facial moisturiser, hand and body moisturiser, facial & body scrub, shampoo and conditioner are all made with organic rosehip oil. The range has been launched in response to overwhelming demand from customers.
"People who have tried the oil find it a fast, effective and natural solution to their skincare problems," says director Ben Saelensminde. "The new Aimara range of Rosehip products make it easier to benefit from the oil's remarkable properties."
Rosehip oil contains natural tretinoin, a derivative of Vitamin A, and is scientifically proven to delay the effects of skin aging. It aids cell regeneration and boosts levels of collagen and elastin to create smoother, firmer skin.
The Aimara Rosehip range is available now from selected stockists and online at www.rosehipoil.co.uk. The website contains detailed information on Rosehip oil's benefits and applications plus feedback from customers. |

January 2002: ECO Alliance launches pure Rosehip oil as the first in its new Aimara range of organic beauty products. Used for centuries in Chile as a natural moisturiser, the oil is relatively unknown in the UK.
The pure oil, which is cold pressed from the seeds of a wild rose grown only in the mountainous region of southern Chile, is certified organic by the Soil Association and imported exclusively to the UK by ECO Alliance.
"Rosehip oil is South America's best kept beauty secret" says project co-ordinator Jenny Samuels. "The people of Chile have known about its skin care properties for generations and now, with the launch of Aimara organic Rosehip oil, we can all experience the benefits."
Rosehip oil has a dramatic effect on fine lines and wrinkles and can be used to treat dry and sun damaged skin as well as reducing pigmentation and raised areas of scar tissue caused by surgery, acne, minor burns and stretch marks.
This is due to its composition of three-quarters fatty acids and component Tretinoin, a derivative of Retinol (vitamin A), which replenishes and rebuilds skin tissue. The oil is non-greasy, absorbed quickly, and is safe to apply directly even on sensitive skins.
